"Chemical simulations with a fresh perspective"

People at Quantistry

Clemens ensures that the Quantistry Lab continues to develop. He identifies potentials, develops ideas, implement them and optimizes the processes within the company. And what he does in his spare time when he's not working on the Quantistry Lab? Find out in the interview.

What are your responsibilities at Quantistry?
I am responsible for product development. That means I check which ideas we can implement and in what form they offer additional value for our customers. I also take care of setting up processes in the company that support us in achieving our goals. At the same time, I'm in charge to develop the product 😉

What do you think is the biggest strength of the Quantistry Lab compared to competing products?
We try to approach the topic of chemical simulations with a fresh perspective and create an easy-to-understand platform. Most existing software in this area gets lost in details and is too difficult to use.

What are the next big steps at Quantistry in terms of product development?
We want to visualize our simulation results even clearer so that our users can do as much as possible with the generated data. We will also create more opportunities to automate workflows with particularly many input structures.

Where do you see the company in 2025?
I expect us within the next few years to strengthen ourselves in many different ways, so that we can delight our customer base with all relevant solutions in this sector.

What are your hobbies?
I love to cook and try recipes from all over the world. My focus lately has been on Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

What great invention would you like to have invented yourself?
I would have loved to have been there for the development of the first iPhone.
